1. Scope
Sentinel Graph LLC, a Texas limited liability company, controls the information described here. This notice covers the website, briefing requests, authentication, pilot administration, support, and authenticated application.
2. Information handled
We handle work contact details, organization and role, account and invitation identifiers, pilot dates and status, contracts, invoices, tax records, authentication and security metadata, routes, status codes, and sanitized error fingerprints. The service also organizes lawfully obtained public healthcare records that may identify people, providers, organizations, addresses, telephone numbers, officials, and exclusions.
Do not provide PHI, medical records, confidential client information, protected case material, or non-public investigative information.
3. AI-assisted features
DigitalOcean processes bounded questions and grounded context for optional Help and Ask. Sentinel Graph records usage metadata such as the model, token counts, latency, user identifier, and timestamp, but does not store the user prompt or generated response in its application database.
4. Providers
We use Clerk for authentication; Vercel for hosting, deployment, logs, and observability; Stripe for invoices, payments, receipts, and tax handling; Resend for internal contact and operational email; DigitalOcean for bounded inference; and infrastructure providers for databases, encrypted backups, source jobs, and monitoring. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
5. Retention
- Unconverted inquiries: 24 months.
- Account and access records: pilot term plus 90 days.
- Security, application, and AI usage metadata: 12 months.
- Support communications: three years after closure.
- Contracts, invoices, tax records, and exemption certificates: seven years.
- Encrypted operational backups: 90 days.
- Public-source releases and provenance manifests: while the corresponding release is supported.
6. Uses and disclosures
We use information to operate, secure, support, bill, monitor, recover, and improve the pilot; enforce agreements; and comply with law. We do not sell account information or investigative search histories for advertising. We do not use pilot activity for credit, employment, housing, insurance, eligibility, or other adverse decisions.
7. Requests and corrections
Email probert@sentinelgraph.com to request access, correction, deletion, or review of a potentially inaccurate product linkage. We may verify identity and authority. Sentinel Graph LLC cannot alter an upstream government record.
8. Security and changes
We use restricted registration, access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted backups, logging controls, credential management, and recovery procedures appropriate to a controlled pilot. No system is completely secure. Updates apply prospectively and will carry a new effective date.
