1. Agreement
By using the service or accepting an Order Form, the customer and each named user agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. The Order Form controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
2. Pilot offer
The standard offer is $1,500 USD one-time for 90 days and up to five named users. Access is invitation-only after payment and written pilot acceptance. Credentials may not be shared. The pilot does not renew automatically; a new written agreement is required to extend access.
3. Permitted healthcare use
Use is limited to the approved healthcare legal, investigative, compliance, SIU, or program-integrity purpose. Sentinel Graph is an investigative lead source. A lead, priority score, shared address, telephone number, official, or graph edge is not a finding or accusation of fraud, wrongdoing, liability, intent, eligibility, or regulatory status.
Users must verify identity, dates, context, and the original publisher's record and document independent human judgment before relying on a connection.
4. Prohibited decisions and extraction
The service is not a consumer report and may not be used under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or for credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare or benefit eligibility, licensing, contracting eligibility, enforcement, referral, prosecution, or another adverse decision. It may not be the sole basis for action affecting a person or organization. Scraping, bulk extraction or export, resale, redistribution, deanonymization, account sharing, and access-control evasion are prohibited.
5. No legal advice; no sensitive inputs
Sentinel Graph LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client, fiduciary, investigative, or professional relationship through the service. Do not provide PHI, medical records, confidential client information, protected case material, or non-public investigative information.
6. Fees, taxes, and refunds
Applicable taxes appear on the Stripe-hosted invoice. A customer claiming exemption must provide a valid certificate. The fee is refundable in full if an accepted pilot cannot be activated within ten business days. After any customer seat is activated, the fee is non-refundable except as required by law. If Sentinel Graph LLC terminates without customer breach, it will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
7. Suspension and term
Sentinel Graph LLC may suspend or terminate access for security risk, nonpayment, legal requirement, or violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Access expires automatically after 90 days.
8. Sources and availability
Public records may be stale, incomplete, duplicated, incorrect, or changed by the publisher. The pilot includes no production SLA, guaranteed source coverage, lead volume, uptime, or outcome. Potential product-linkage errors may be reported to probert@sentinelgraph.com.
9. Disclaimers and liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PILOT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. SENTINEL GRAPH LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ITS TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID FOR THE PILOT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Texas law and contact
Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Legal and support notices may be sent to probert@sentinelgraph.com. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce an active written pilot scope without agreement.
